Executive Director in Hayden, ID

Hospice of North Idaho (HONI), a non-profit, community based hospice, is hiring for a full time Executive Director (ED). The ED provides leadership, strategic direction and vision for the development and achievement of HONI?s mission and financial viability in partnership with the Board of Directors. This position works in close cooperation with the Board and Leadership Team to develop the strategy within the framework of the organization?s policies and standards, state and federal regulations, Joint Commission guidelines and Medicare Conditions of Participation. The ED advises, recommends, and assists the Board in the formulation of policies guiding HONI and implements the policies and directives of the Board. The ED works collaboratively with the Leadership Team to direct the day-to-day operations of the organization. Min Requirements
